Great room amenities including a stocked mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control - it had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The location was awesome, right in the heart of the city. 🌟 All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

I was really disappointed with the facilities at this hotel. the advertised spa and wellness center was nonexistent, apart from a few exercise machines.

My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. the facilities were not as advertised; there was no spa or wellness center, and even the sauna was yet to be built. the kitchen was completely useless without any utensils and not even a microwave or toaster. Plus, the promised hot-tub and bath were missing from my room. the lack of a restaurant and proper room service for food made the stay even more frustrating.
The lack of an elevator from the parking area made it inconvenient to carry our belongings.
